I’ve always been drawn to the complexities of the human experience—especially the parts we don’t always talk about. My journey as a therapist has been shaped by my deep respect for the human spirit and its resiliency. I’ve worked with people in some really intense roles—like first responders and caregivers—who often carry more than most people realize. But I also know that no matter what role you’re in, everyone deserves space to unload, heal, and find peace. I believe in the power of creativity to heal—whether it's through art, music, or just free expression, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to tap into that creative side when words don’t quite cut it. It’s all about finding what works for you to get things out, explore your feelings, and get back to feeling like yourself.
